I got a lot of positive feedback on my last posting of some of the local health and wellness events on the east coast, so thought I'd share again!

This expo brings together local holistic health practitioners, offering services and products related to​ natural living. Great for those interested in alternative therapies.
Yoga & Wellness Festival – Brooklyn, NY
Location: Industry City

The festival offers yoga session​s with an emphasis on mindfulness and self-care. There will be vendors offering holistic products and health services.
Reiki & Healing Circle – Philadelphia, PA
Location: Three Queens Yoga

Psychic & Holistic Expo – Gillette, NJ
Location: Long Hill Senior Center
Includes psychic readings, energy healers, and wellness product vendors, offering insights into metaphysical practices and health.
Healing Arts Fair – Portland, ME
Location: East End Community School
Cost: Free
Featuring a variety of holistic healers, this fair provides insights into Reiki, acupuncture, and other alternative healing methods, with demos
Wellness Weekend Retreat – Vermont
Location: Lake Champlain Yoga & Wellness
Cost: $150
A nature-focused retreat, offering yoga, meditation, and organic meals, with a strong emphasis on reconnecting with nature and self-reflection
Mind Body Spirit Psychic Expo – Durham, NC
Location: Durham Convention Center
Cost: $10
This expo includes booths for wellness products, holistic healing, and psychic readings, providing a blend of mental, spiritual, and physical health resources.
